We are actively expanding our Cull Cow Program in the Midwest and Mideast (Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky) regions to meet the strong demand for organic beef!

We've significantly increased our pay prices for organic cull cows, and no co-op membership is required.

Requirements

• “Cull cows for slaughter” must be on your organic certificate.
• Livestock must be managed organically from the last third of gestation (transitioned cows are not eligible).
• The use of approved parasiticides (i.e., Ivermectin) disqualifies the animal for organic slaughter.
